Motorbikes and taxis are abundant and are the easiest way to get around, but there are many quads, motorbikes and small SUV's to rent in Las Terrenas.
Many banks such as Banco Popular, Scotia Bank, Banco Progresso etc. have ATM's and offer more than usual bank service such as currency exchange (Dollars, Euro, Brit. Pound...).
Most of the restaurants and business accept foreign currency but it is best to change your currency into Dominican Pesos. The exchange rate is published in the banks, but may change in shops/Restaurants.
